Paul is a strategic, high performing and proven leader with expertise in marketing and communications, and project management. He is highly regarded for his strong ability to engage and work with stakeholders to coordinate successful project outcomes. With strong communication skills, Paul is adept at engaging with all levels within an organisation. Prior to founding 4 TIER CONSULTING, Paul had over 17 years experience working within the Victorian State Government. During that time he was responsible for ensuring the success of a massive research trial and leading an award winning road safety marketing and communications program.
Having also managed several world-first behavioural change programs and having completed several qualifications, including an MBA and post-graduate studies in psychology, Paul can offer strong support to businesses and organisations to meet their project or program objectives.
